Admission And Withdrawal ADMISSION A student who seeks admission to the school for the first time, will have to produce his/her date of birth certificate issued by the competent authority and or leaving certificate from a duly recognized school. If a student hails from a state other than Maharashtra, such Leaving Certificate should be duly countersigned by the concerned Education Authority of that particular state. Every student, at the time of admission will have to pay an admission fee equivalent to the monthly tuition fee. Entrance test will be held for all the children seeking admission to the school and will be admitted only if they pass in the entrance test. WITHDRAWAL Application for Leaving Certificate should be submitted in the prescribed form, duly signed by parent/guardian, and the applicant shall call at the school office after a week’s time to collect it or send a self-addressed and stamped envelope, if it is to be posted. Duplicate Leaving Certificate will be issued only if an affidavit is produced by the parent/guardian, alongwith sufficient documentary evidence to prove that the original has been lost or damaged. Term fees for the whole term will have to be paid if a student joins or leaves the school during the term. First Term : June to October Second Term : November to April If notice of withdrawal is not given before the end of the term, fees for all the months of absence till the expiry of the relevant term will have to be paid. Fees for June will have to be paid if the leaving certificate is not collected before the re-opening day. Only those students, who have passed the S.S.C. Examination and whose school record both in conduct and studies are found to be satisfactory will be admitted to the Jr. College, if eligible on merit. |
