School Discipline The school believes in maintaining strick discipline in students’ interest, which is not regimental or oppressive. Students are expected to conduct themselves with dignity and poise, to be polite and courteous to their teachers and elders, kind and cooperative with their fellow students. Parents’ co-operation with the school is inevitable in helping their children develop into worthy citizens of tomorrow. DRESS AND APPEARANCE All students must come to school wearing the prescribed uniform. Wearing of school uniform in all special classes and school programmes is a must. Failure to comply with the school’s uniform regulations may result in a student being sent back home, after one warning is recorded in the school calendar. The tie should be worn with a perfect knot and shoulder stripes should be worn as prescribed ATTENDANCE All pupils are expected to be protected against Cholera, Typhoid and Tetanus. All pupils are expected to undergo medical inspection when arranged by the school. Any medical recommendations arising from such inspection must be followed up by parents During epidemics in the city, all pupils must be vaccinated/ inoculated. In case of accidents or emergencies during school hours, casualties will be taken to the nearest and convenient hospital and the parents will be informed as soon as possible. LEAVE AND ABSENCE Students of standard X, whose attendance, conduct and record during the year are considered satisfactory by the school authorities will be allowed to appear for the S.S.C. Examination. |
